Hotel guest services attendant Duties: The Hotel Guest Services Attendant will provide essential support for lodge
operations, ensuring guests have a positive and welcoming experience. This role combines hospitality duties with
cultural engagement opportunities, allowing the student to gain hands-on skills while learning about Indigenous
traditions and land-based knowledge.
Welcome guests and assist with check-ins/check-outs
Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about lodge services, activities, and local attractions
Support reservations management and assist with booking tours and excursions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas and guest spaces (including light cleaning duties)
Support lodge events, group activities, and cultural programming
Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe, welcoming, and culturally respectful environment
