As the Director, Strategic Growth, you will lead the team responsible to work with new and existing customers to identify and qualify business opportunities to drive SaskWaters growth strategies, while building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer trust, satisfaction and commitment. You will have a strong focus on team and business management.

To qualify, you will have a degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent four-year degree. In addition to the above qualifications, the job requires 6 - 8 years of progressively more responsible experience in the following areas:
    Account and Project Management
    Leadership/Management Experience
    Business development, economic development and/or sales
    Relationship Development
    Presentation Skills
    Knowledge of Cost of Service

Special Requirements: The position requires the incumbent to undergo a Criminal Record Check and Drug and Alcohol test. You must be legally entitled to work in Canada. A valid Saskatchewan drivers license is required.
