We are a growing fabrication and machining shop specializing in custom metal fabrication, precision machining, and industrial components. We take pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill & Lathe Operator to join our fabrication shop team. The successful candidate will operate our CNC milling machine and CNC Lathe to produce precision parts according to drawings and specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
    Operate a CNC mill and a CNC lathe safely and efficiently
    Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
    Set up tooling, , and materials for production runs
    Monitor machine operation and inspect finished parts for accuracy
    Perform basic machine adjustments  
    Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
    Maintain clean and organized work areas
    Follow shop safety procedures and quality standards
    Assist with general fabrication shop duties as required
Qualifications
    Experience operating CNC milling machines and lathes would be an asset
    Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints
    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred
    Forklift experience considered an asset
