SMRC Physical Therapy & Chiropractic is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Office Administrator to oversee daily clinic operations and manage our financial administration. This dual role position requires a confident professional who can provide leadership to our front desk team while maintaining accurate financial records.
You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and supporting the exceptional standard of care we provide for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
    Full cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks
    Payroll administration and billing processes
    Payment processing and year end reporting for external accountants
    Support operational and administrative functions as required
Clinic Operations
    Oversee inventory, including ordering office and medical supplies
    Manage complex assessment and treatment scheduling
    Provide administrative and operational support to clinic owners
Front End Support
    Greet patients and provide a welcoming clinic experience
    Answer multi line phone systems and book appointments
    Process payments and assist with patient flow by escorting clients to examination rooms
Leadership & Communication
    Act as lead communication point between staff and clinic owners
    Foster a professional, organized, and collaborative workplace environment
    Maintain compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and healthcare standards
Qualifications
    Proven experience in Office Administration or Clinic Management
    High proficiency in QuickBooks and payroll systems
    Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
    Demonstrated ability to problem-solve proactively and work independently.
Friendly, patient-focused with a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
