Northlands College is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator, University. for our Campus Located in La Ronge, Saskatchewan. The position is an in-scope middle management position reporting to the Associate Vice President. The role is primarily responsible for initiating, implementing, supervising and monitoring university programming, consistent with the College program plan. The University Senior Coordinator also plays a significant role in identifying community or industry needs, developing partnerships, researching distance delivery models; developing and recommending procedure modifications; and evaluating and adapting programs.
The successful candidate must have Proven organizational skills that allow handling multiple tasks associated with a College-wide program, while at the same time ensuring that specific details are dealt with in a timely fashion.
A relevant bachelors degree and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in project or program management are required; an equivalent combination of education and related experience may also be considered.
The position is a permanent, full-time opportunity with the College and it starts as soon as possible.
