As AcuFast is looking for a keen individual to join our Accounting & Finance team in an Accounting Clerk position at our Saskatoon office. Duties & Responsibilities:
~ Process and enter invoices for payment, match invoices with purchase orders, and check for accuracy.
~ Code, enter, verify, and reconcile account payable transactions.
~ Analyze and interpret data using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filters, formula auditing).
~ Investigate and resolve vendor queries professionally and promptly.
~ Supporting reporting and audit requirements.
~ Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications:
~ 1+ years of experience in accounting.
~ Knowledge of the agriculture industry would be considered an asset.
~ Microsoft Excel skills are a must.
~ Experience with accounting programs such as Great Plains would be considered an asset.
~ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
~ High level of accuracy, efficiency and attention to details.
~ Can successfully work independently and cross-functionally in an autonomous work environment.
~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
