Were Hiring: BarterCoach  Saskatoon
BarterPay Saskatoon is growing, and were looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven BarterCoach to join our high-performing team!
As a BarterCoach, youll work directly with local businesses, helping them maximize the power of barter through our innovative trading platform. This role combines relationship management, business development, and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What Youll Be Doing:
Building strong relationships with local business owners and managers
Facilitating and brokering barter transactions within the BarterPay network
Onboarding new members and providing hands-on training
Delivering exceptional client support and creative business solutions
Collaborating with team members across Canada to ensure member success
What Were Looking For:
A confident communicator with natural relationship-building skills
A self-motivated, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills (CRM experience is an asset)
Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or account management is a strong advantage
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a service-first mindset
Job Details:
Full-time position based in Saskatoon
Monday to Friday daytime hours
Minimal after-hours commitment
Full training and ongoing support provided
