Description

Nuo Auto Inc.is looking for an Automobile Damage Repair Estimator join our team. This is a full-time permanent offer. The offered hourly wage is 28.25 CAD per hour and you are expected to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week). Overtime pay will be calculated after working 8 hours each day and 40 hours each week.
Your main duties:
1.Examine vehicles to identify collision or structural damage and determine appropriate repair requirements.
2.Prepare repair estimates and written reports outlining the scope of work, parts required, and projected costs.
3.Coordinate repair activities with body shop technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and according to specifications.
4.Communicate with customers regarding repair options, timelines, and cost estimates, and address inquiries throughout the repair process.
5.Work with insurance companies to process claims, provide documentation, and obtain repair approvals when required.
6.Source and order necessary automotive parts and materials for repair work.
7.Maintain detailed records of repair estimates, work orders, and customer authorizations.
8.Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations are met.
Requirements:
Education:Completion of secondary school
Experience:2-3 Years of relevant work experience
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
