Description

Citizens All Association is a non profit community based organization that provides residential supports to adults experiencing intellectual disabilities.

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate HR Administrative Support professional to assist with day-to-day human resources and administrative operations in a community-focused non-profit environment. This role supports recruitment, employee records management, volunteer coordination, onboarding, scheduling, and general office administration while helping foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HR and management team
Assist with recruitment activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants
Prepare onboarding packages and maintain employee and volunteer files
Track attendance, leave requests, and training records
Maintain confidentiality of personnel information and organizational records
Support payroll preparation
Respond to general office inquiries and provide reception support when needed
Help maintain compliance with employment standards and workplace policies

Qualifications
Minimum 12 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs and Sheets and other database systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Experience working in a non-profit, community, or culturally diverse environment is an asset
