Heavy Equipment Operator with Class 1A Experience

Reports To
MFN Project Manager

Job Summary
The Heavy Equipment Operator will report to the MFN Projects Manager. The operator will be responsible for the operation and maintenance  equipment while safely working in and around co-workers and community members.

Job Duties
?    This job is scheduled and subject to call-in situations
?    Maintaining a safe working environment
?    Perform pre and post trip inspections of equipment
?    Prepare and maintain work records on the operation of equipment and perform preventative maintenance
?     in winter - plow, sand and salt roads
?    Operations of Grader, Backhoe, Skid Steer, Tractor
?    Occasional Overtime
?    Follow our operating standards and procedures
?    Interacts respectfully with the general public


Job Requirements
?    Heavy equipment operator ticket: In your resume, please provide the type and size of the equipment you have operated and length of time of your employment with each company
?    Must present certificate documents
?    Must have a valid driver?s license
?    The incumbent is required to be physically fit, ability to lift up to a maximum of 55lbs.
?    The incumbent must present a driver?s Abstract and pass the MFN SGII Package Policy
?    The incumbent must pass a CPIC and Vulnerable Sector Check
?    A strong proven safety mindset, extensive safety training and a best-in-class safety record
