Description

As a retails sales supervisor, your duties and responsibilities include:
    Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers.
    Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
    Advertise and planning marketing activities.
    Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise. Prepare report regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
    Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.
    Maintain counter standards including replenishment and presentation of the general appearance and cleanliness of department.
    Maintain store standards including replenishment and presentation of the general appearance and cleanliness of department.
    Demonstrates the ability to highlight the features and benefits of merchandise in their area.
    Assists customers with jewelry transactions of all types, including sales, trade-ups, returns special orders, and layaways.
    Displays a high degree of professionalism, both visually and verbally, at all times on the sales floor and when speaking on the phone
    Becomes familiar with commercial sector retail store sales events, merchandising practices, implements "best practices" as feasible.
