Grounds Maintenance Worker Duties: The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on, outdoor work and is physically
capable of tasks such as lifting, trail walking, and hauling materials. They are reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn,
with a strong respect for the land, culture, and community values. The candidate demonstrates the ability to work
effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Outdoor and indoor cleaning duties and assisting with the maintenance and care of our lodge facilities
This position involves frequent lifting, carrying, and moving supplies and equipment.
Grass cutting, trimming, weed whacking, yard cleanup
Light painting and staining on decks, fences, and outdoor structures
Wood hauling and stacking for guest cabins and cultural spaces
Gardening projects  planting, watering, upkeep, composting
Making sure outdoor spaces stay clean, safe, and welcoming
