Rispens Landscaping Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead landscape installation crews on residential and commercial projects in Regina and surrounding areas.
The Foreman is responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, supervising crew members, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:


Lead and supervise landscape crews on-site


Coordinate daily tasks and maintain productivity


Read and interpret landscape plans and measurements


Install pavers, retaining walls, sod, trees, shrubs, rock, and mulch


Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and other equipment


Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and to company standards


Maintain a safe and organized work environment


Communicate with project managers, suppliers, and clients


Train and support crew members


Qualifications:


3+ years landscaping experience


Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred


Strong knowledge of landscape construction and hardscaping


Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely


Valid drivers license required


Strong communication and problem-solving skills


Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
