The University of Saskatchewans College of Medicine is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Exam Invigilators to support the delivery of secure, fair, and well-organized examinations. Exam Invigilators play a critical role in maintaining academic integrity by supervising students during exams, enforcing exam regulations, and supporting updated check-in, check-out, and bathroom monitoring procedures.
This is a casual position with hours scheduled around exam periods.

Ability to enforce rules fairly and respectfully.
Reliability and punctuality.
Comfort working in environments requiring discretion and confidentiality.
Previous experience in exam invigilation, education, or administrative support.
Ability to remain seated or stand/walk for extended periods.
Availability during daytime hours, including early starts.
Mandatory invigilator training will be provided prior to assignment.
