Position Summary
As a Bylaw Clerk, youre the first point of contact for customersproviding friendly, accurate administrative and customer service support for business, vehicle-for-hire, animal, and other licenses and permits. You process applications and payments, maintain records, and support compliance with bylaws and procedures in a fast-paced public-facing environment.
What You Bring
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- At least 9 months of administrative, clerical, or data entry experience
- Confidence handling cash, applications, and high-volume requests
- Ability to interpret bylaws, policies, and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
