Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager, the Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing services to urban and rural Home Care clients. Facility: Primary Health Care Services; Work Location: Primary Health Care Networks; Home base for this position is 2180 23rd Avenue (WRC).

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years recent related nursing experience is required
Education
- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
- Current registration with CRNS and current BCLS certification.
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Registered Nurse (RN)
Other Education and Training
- Graduate of an approved Nursing school
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)
Other Information
- Community nursing experience is an asset
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a vehicle available for work
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Community based position provides services in clinic/home settings in PHC Regina
- Travel required to various community sites within Regina PHC Networks
- Willing to Travel to rural areas as assigned. Travel allowance provided.
