General Duties:
Deal directly with customers and teachers either by telephone , electronically or in person
Respond promptly to customer inquires;
Handle and resolve customer requests
Provide program pricing and delivery information
Perform customer verification;
Set up new customer accounts,
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage facility (basic cleaning, order supplies, up keep space & aesthetic)
Manage studio calendar and booking system(classes, events, workshops, training's, retreats, etc)
Use Mindbody management software system
Administer social media and website tasks(if needed)
Communication(instructors/clients if needed)
Work with owner/management to ensure overall vision & strategy is being executed(meetings, email, taking notes, texts or phone conversations)
