Role Overview
This role serves as the central point of coordination between clients, donors, and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing schedules, planning reproductive programs, and ensuring clear, consistent communication with clients. Success in this role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces while delivering a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for clients, providing timely communication and support Schedule and coordinate donor programs including OPU and IVF services Confirm sire selections and ensure accurate execution of breeding plans Plan and coordinate implant programs and logistics
Organize haul-in OPU schedules with clients and internal teams
Maintain accurate records and program details
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution
Identify and address client needs proactively
Education & Experience
Post-secondary education in Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field preferred 13 years experience in agriculture or client-facing role
Experience in bovine genetics or seedstock operations is an asset
