CGW Golden Wheat International Trading Ltd. is currently undergoing a rapid and multi-dimensional expansion across food manufacturing, restaurant wholesale, warehousing, and energy infrastructure sectors. We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to support our growing operations and lead the companys financing, capital planning, and financial management strategies.

* Oversee the companys overall financial management across multiple business divisions, including food manufacturing, restaurant operations, wholesale distribution, warehousing, and energy infrastructure projects.
* Develop and manage corporate financing strategies, including commercial lending, equipment financing, industrial expansion funding, and capital structure planning.
* Lead negotiations with banks, financial institutions, investors, and government funding programs to secure financing for large-scale projects and operational growth.
* Prepare and consolidate financial reports, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and financial performance analysis across multiple subsidiaries and sectors.
* Monitor debt structures, liquidity, and debt-to-equity ratios to support sustainable long-term growth.
* Evaluate financial risks and investment opportunities related to manufacturing facilities, EV charging infrastructure, gas stations, and industrial real estate projects.
* Support strategic expansion planning, including acquisitions, infrastructure development, and operational scaling.
* Ensure compliance with Canadian financial regulations, tax requirements, and corporate reporting standards.
* Collaborate with executive management to develop long-term financial strategies and business growth initiatives.
* Coordinate with accountants, external auditors, lenders, and legal advisors regarding financing and corporate financial matters.
