Buckwold Western Ltd. is hiring for the full-time position of Administrative Assistant which is available immediately.
This position works closely with the Sales Management team and the duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Calculating and preparing monthly rebate reporting and debits
- Calculating and preparing annual rebates and rebate plans
- Posting payments received to customer's accounts
- Verifying, tracking, and submitting payments for sales incentive promotions
- Updating and maintaining digital price files
- Preparing courier shipments
- Preparing in house memos
- Various written communication and spreadsheets as required
- Other duties as required by management
Education and/or experience within the office setting, organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are all required in this position.
