Description

Join the Online Therapy Unit for Service, Education and Research at the University of Regina and be part of an innovative team transforming access to mental health care across Saskatchewan. As a Research Associate  Therapy Team, you will contribute to the delivery and advancement of Internet-delivered Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (ICBT), a cutting-edge approach that combines evidence-based care with digital accessibility.

In this role, you will make a meaningful impact by supporting clients through intake screening and providing direct therapeutic services via secure messaging and telephone. You will work within a collaborative, research-driven environment dedicated to improving mental health outcomes and expanding access to care.

This position is ideal for a motivated and compassionate Masters trained clinician who is registered and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists, the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers, or the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. You will gain valuable experience contributing to applied research, including evaluating service delivery, identifying strengths and challenges in ICBT, and helping shape the future of digital mental health services.

The successful candidate will follow established research and ethical protocols, maintain high standards of client confidentiality and record-keeping, and actively contribute to ongoing program development and evaluation.
