Holy Family Roman Catholic Separate School Division (Holy Family RCSSD) is seeking a Vice Principal for St. Michael School in Weyburn, SK, to begin on August 25, 2026.  This position is open to internal and external candidates and being of the Catholic faith is considered an asset.  The successful applicant will be active in his/her personal faith formation and have a deep commitment to the principles of Catholic Education.

The successful candidate will:
    Possess a Bachelor of Education Degree from an institution recognized by Saskatchewan Ministry of Education, a Masters Degree in Education would be an asset;
    Be a registered member of the Saskatchewan Professional Teachers Regulatory Board (SPTRB);
    Have a proven ability to effectively plan, organize and manage the human and physical resources of the school would be an asset;
    Demonstrate effective communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills;
    Demonstrate flexibility and a readiness to take on roles and challenges as they arise in order to meet school and division goals;
    Be a servant leader with proven instructional leadership, 21st Century educational skills to enhance pedagogy, carry out school goals and improvement plans;
    Have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
    Possess demonstrated knowledge of Saskatchewan Ministry of Education initiatives;
    Experience leading extracurricular and community service activities would be an asset;
    Ability to successfully work with students with intense needs; and
    Leadership in data driven decision making.
