101243905 Saskatchewan Ltd. o/a Langenburg Country Inn Motel is looking for 2 Full-time, Permanent Front Desk Clerks. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants).

Position: Front desk clerk
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $15.35/hr based on 33-37.5hrs/wk with 15 days paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day or 40hrs/wk
Work location: 1041 Kaiser William Ave. East. Langenburg, SK S0A 2A0
Work Settings: Motel

Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience: Experience is not required, training will be provided
Language: English
Job Duties:
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
- Answer phone calls, questions from customers, guide/give local information to enjoy their travel, and respond to customers' complaints
- Record and check daily visitor sheet, guest accounts, receipts, and keep the record by using computerized or manual systems
- Verify customers' credit/debit cards, and establish how they pay for the accommodation
- Present statement of charges to departing guests and receive payment
- Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges
- Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies reservations.
