Description

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager of Advertising plans, directs, manages and executes yearly advertising strategies and activities for Casinos Regina and Moose Jaw. The Marketing Manager of Advertisings portfolio includes all advertising mediums including electronic (websites, cool signs, LED sign), print, radio, television, outdoor billboards, in-Casino signage, offsite advertising, and branding for Casinos Regina and Moose Jaw. This position is also responsible for the implementation of all of the above to ensure timelines, budget and human resource requirements are met in support of the overall marketing strategy. Approve creative and content for both Casinos Regina and Moose Jaws advertising prior to implementation including: monthly newsletters, print materials, radio spots, TV commercials, out of home signage (e.g. Mosaic Stadium, Airport), digital ads, website content updates, social media, emails, Cool Signs and LED signage. Develop, direct, and recommend the annual advertising strategies and media buys for electronic mediums (websites, cool signs, light show, LED sign, etc.), print, radio, TV, outdoor billboards, in-casino signage, offsite advertising and consistent branding. Assess effectiveness annually. Act as main point of contact and direct or liaise with agencies, media partners, government organizations, and business community for all of SGCs advertising needs. Deliver products to meet individual departmental needs while ensuring alignment with brand standards. Ensure deliverables reflect corporate priorities and oversee the timely delivery of products and services. Establish, maintain, perform and communicate performance expectations, work plans, assess progress, conduct annual performance evaluations, quarterly reviews, determine training and developmental needs of staff.
