Job Description: The Director of Care (DOC) is a key Leader at Providence Place. Reporting to the Executive Director (ED), the DOC is responsible for the high quality care provision of Long Term Care, Nurse Education, Recreation, Spiritual Care and Volunteer Services departments within the Mission, Vision, and Values of Providence Place and Emmanuel Health. The DOC demonstrates strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client-centric culture. The Director must work interdepartmentally/cross functionally within the organization and with community partners to support Holistic spiritual, psychosocial, physical and emotional well-being of patients, residents and clients.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience
- Three (3) years experience in management/administration/supervision
Education
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing
