Description

Duties:

Maintenance Coordination

Utilize the Mitchell System (e.g Mitchell 1 or equivalent fleet maintenance software) to create, assign, and track all preventive and corrective maintenance work orders for vehicles, heavy equipment, and vegetation
machinery

Schedule daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities to minimize downtime, ensuring compliance with OEM guidelines and safety standards

Warehouse inventory Management

Receive, verify, and log incoming shipments of parts, supplies, PPE, and vegetation management products
Maintain safety stock levels and reorder supplies proactively using inventory management best practices

Equipment List Management

Update and maintain the equipment lists regularly meaning to add, update, or remove assets in the master equipment database (Mitchell or integrated ERP) as equipment is acquired, serviced, retired, or reassigned to crews

Administrative & Reporting Support

Assist with weekly labour and equipment dispatch reports, ensuring clerks and crews have current equipment availability

Working Conditions

Mix of office/computer work and warehouse environment (may involve standing, walking, lifting up to 25 kg with assistance)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ability to learn integrated ERP systems

Competencies

Ability to prioritize competing requests from operations, mechanics, and warehouse staff
