PARTNERS Family Services is accepting applications for the position of Clinical Counsellor to deliver services at our Humboldt and Wynyard locations. This position is a full time, permanent position to commence June 2026.

PARTNERS staff provide a safe, confidential and welcoming environment that assists individuals and families to meet their immediate and on going needs. The Counsellor will primarily work with clients facing a variety of challenges including mood disorders, trauma, grief, conduct disorders, family disharmony, etc. in our Rapid Access Clinics

Requirements:
- Appropriate post secondary education and current registration with a recognized counselling governing body i.e SASW, CAPC, CCAC, etc
- Minimum of two years experience in a counselling role, with established competencies in solution focused therapy, CBT, DBT or other recognized modalities
- Proficiency in intake, assessment, file management, case planning, etc
-Experience collaborating and with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordination of services to clients
- Strong team work capacity, highly organized, and capable of managing varied demands
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor
- Computer competencies
-Clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector screening
