Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Rubicon Health Solutions in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Leadership & Operations Responsibilities:
-Provide day-to-day leadership of pharmacy operations including staffing, scheduling, -and workflow management.
-Perform staff performance reviews and support recruitment, training, and development.
-Promote a positive work environment aligned with Rubicons patient-first culture and ensure labour policies are upheld.
-Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care services.
-Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to support growth of clinical services and LTC business.
-Manage inventory and operational targets to support efficiency and quality care.

Qualifications:
-Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals.
-Injection certification is required.
-Pharmacy management experience preferred; LTC or specialty pharmacy experience an asset.
-Strong clinical knowledge and organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Self-motivated, able to work independently, and collaborative in a team environment.
