Supervise and coordinate daily mulching, vegetation management, right-of-way clearing, brushing, reclamation, and site preparation operations.
Lead field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within scope;
Monitor production targets, implement corrective actions, and maintain accurate reports, records, timesheets, and safety documentation;
Coordinate equipment logistics, fueling, maintenance scheduling, and site support activities;
Promote and enforce compliance with company policies, OH&S regulations, client requirements, and environmental standards;
Identify and mitigate hazards, participate in incident investigations, and ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment;
Oversee operation, inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs of equipment;
Maintain professional communication with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and stakeholders to successful project execution.
Minimum 3 years experience in supervisory veg management, forestry mulching, land clearing, or heavy equipment operations;
Understand heavy industrial worksite safety requirements and operating and supervising mulching equipment in challenging terrain;
Able to interpret project scopes, maps, and worksite plans;
Class 5 Driver License. Maintain safe and incident-free operations.
