Licensed Administrative Assistant  McFaull Financial

We are seeking a Licensed Administrative Assistant to support our Advisory Team and help deliver an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
    Coordinate client and prospect meetings, including scheduling and preparation of materials
    Prepare and manage account opening documentation and onboarding processes
    Provide proactive client service by responding to inquiries regarding transactions, documentation, and reporting
    Maintain and update client accounts while tracking timelines and follow-up activities
    Manage daily tasks and client records within the contact management system
    Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Qualifications:
    Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and DocuSign
    Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills
    Professional, friendly, and client-focused approach
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
    Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practice Handbook (CPH)
    Experience in the securities or financial services industry
    Post-secondary education considered an asset
