We are seeking a Licensed Administrative Assistant to support our Advisory Team and help deliver an exceptional client experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate client and prospect meetings, including scheduling and preparation of materials
* Prepare and manage account opening documentation and onboarding processes
* Provide proactive client service by responding to inquiries regarding transactions, documentation, and reporting
* Maintain and update client accounts while tracking timelines and follow-up activities
* Manage daily tasks and client records within the contact management system
* Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
**Qualifications:**
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and DocuSign
* Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills
* Professional, friendly, and client-focused approach
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practice Handbook (CPH)
* Experience in the securities or financial services industry
* Post-secondary education considered an asset
