WHAT YOU BRING:

Certified in Hairstyling through a recognized training facility.
At least 3 years of hands on industry experience.
A natural problem solver and team player.
Self motivated, creative, and excited to mentor new talent.
Strong communication skills, because you're a star with people!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an Instructor, you will be guiding students through every step of their hairstyling journey.

Inspiring students with MC College's mission:
Empowering Future Professionals for the Beauty and Fashion industry with skills to change their lives and enjoy rewarding careers.

Teaching both theory and hands-on practical skills.  Instruct from a thorough process design curriculum.  Coaching students on salon simulation, client care, sales, self marketing, and how to build a loyal clientele.  Being the mentor you had or wish you had!
