Standard Rail is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing and business development activities across our rail services and technology platforms, including SIDINGS.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys getting things done. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, move quickly, and help keep marketing activities moving across content, events, digital marketing, sales support, and brand execution.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate marketing initiatives and campaigns
Create content including social media posts, presentations, website updates, email campaigns, and promotional materials
Support the sales team with presentations, customer-facing materials, lead generation, and event coordination
Assist with trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and customer events
Help manage websites, social media, digital marketing, and SEO initiatives
Maintain marketing calendars, content schedules, and marketing assets
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Travel occasionally for trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
Qualifications:
25 years of experience in marketing, communications, sales support, or a related role
Marketing, Communications, or Business education preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Experience with Canva, LinkedIn, website content management, email marketing, CRM tools, or SEO is an asset
B2B marketing or sales support experience preferred
