Description

Northwest Regional Housing Authority (NWRHA) located in Ile-a-la-Crosse and Buffalo Narrows, is hiring a new manager to oversee the operations that includes a portfolio of nearly 290 units in five communities.  NWRHA has an estimated annual operating budget of $2.5M and provides safe and secure housing to the most vulnerable in these communities  

The Manager has 10 direct reports and is accountable for the effect management of properties and capital assets, tenant and community relations, board relations. human resources, and the financial oversight of the authority.  

To be successful you have a degree in business, social work, psychology, human services, or similar, and have three to five years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination will be considered. Experience working with or reporting to a board, leading teams, and knowledge of property management, are assets.  In addition you work effectively to resolve conflict and create win/win solutions for your stakeholders.  

Weekly travel is required between offices therefore you have a reliable vehicle, a valid SK Drivers' License, and are bondable.

The position can be based in either Ile-a-la-Crosse or Buffalo Narrows, SK.
