Description

We are currently seeking a creative, results driven Manager of Marketing, Communications and Business Development to join our team in either our Saskatoon or Regina office.  
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for designing and implementing client-focused marketing initiatives and business development strategies that enhance the firms brand visibility, foster relationships with existing clients, attract new clients, and raise the firms profile in Saskatchewan and across Canada.  
Role Responsibilities
    Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing (branding), communications and business development strategy for the firm.
    Manage sponsorship requests, organize and support client events, and seek new opportunities to build and grow strategic relationships for the firm.
    Oversee marketing, public relations, social media, and other digital platforms, ensuring a consistent and effective brand message across all channels.  This includes:
o    Develop content for, and manage, the firms website.
o    Create marketing and communication materials, including firm announcements, brochures, blog posts, presentations, and RFP responses.
o    Act as the firms liaison with the media and industry publications.
    Work with the firms Practice Teams to develop and execute business development plans and initiatives (including networking opportunities).
    Implement client feedback mechanisms to improve services and client satisfaction.
    Lead market research efforts to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and monitor and analyze marketing and client data to report on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
    Lead the planning and execute the submission of applications and nominations for key industry / legal honours and awards for individual lawyers and the firm.
