Description

The Saskatoon Friendship Inn is a high-energy, fast-paced work environment serving 1,500-1,800 meals daily to vulnerable neighbours in need.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Cook I to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with kitchen staff to prepare and serve nutritious meals while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Schedule
    Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
    10:00 AM  6:00 PM
    Opportunity for full-time hours beginning in July
Responsibilities
    Assist with meal preparation and food service.
    Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
    Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    Support kitchen operations and collaborate with staff and volunteers.
    Ensure meals are prepared and served on time.
Qualifications & Experience
    Previous commercial kitchen experience preferred.
    Experience with Rational Combi Ovens will be considered an asset.
    Food Safe Certificate considered an asset.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Strong time management and communication skills.
    Understanding of and commitment to the mission of the Friendship Inn.
