The Role You Will Play:

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager and Corporate Sales Manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and profitability of the Weyburn location.
- Provide leadership, counsel, and training to department managers.
- Foster a strong team environment focused on customer satisfaction and dealership success.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all Saskatchewan health and safety legislation.
- Directly manage the branch wholegoods/sales department.
- Monitor and manage key performance metrics including inventory turns, gross margins, sales mix, and market share.
- Drive overall branch performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Background Profile:

- An ideal candidate would possess previous sales experience and knowledge of agricultural equipment and practices.
- Previous management experience is required.
- Exceptional leadership, mentorship and team building skills.
- Dynamic interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and precise communication (verbal/written) skills are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
