Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Food Services Cook/Clerk (3 positions) at our TJs/Chester-Fried Chicken in our C-Store/Gas Bar location in Spiritwood, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the TJs/ Chesters Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain accurately to guests.
- Prepare food neatly and according to standard recipes, package takeout orders, and ensure timely service.
- Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards throughout food preparation, service, and cleanup.
- Check and monitor product in food preparation area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout shift.
- Use the Point of Sale (POS) system to enter orders, calculate bills, and provide change.
- Operate manual and electric appliances, as well as other food preparation tools and equipment.
- Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Perform light paperwork duties, as assigned.
- Perform all other duties, as assigned.
