Description

River Bank Development Corporation requires a maintenance person for our rental housing operation in Prince Albert, SK.  We are seeking someone with the following attributes:

Perform minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair duties such as snaking drains, replacing hardware, fans, taps, toilets, sinks, routine repairs to appliances and HVAC systems.
Ability to operate standard hand and power tools .
Ability to read, write and communicate in English.  Work with Contractors/Suppliers if needed
Be willing to respond to emergency repairs as required.
Ability to maintain good communications, tact, diplomacy and effective relations with management, staff, tenants, contractors and suppliers.
Demonstrate initiative, reliability, flexibility, good judgement and good attendance
Excellent organizational, time management skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, physically fit with no health issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Recognition of and respect for peoples diversity and individual differences.

NOTE:  Work Vehicle, small power tools provided.
       Valid drivers license required
