We need and autobody paint specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Prioritize daily workload to keep all vehicles on schedule for on-time delivery.
Perform all refinish procedures according to factory specs.
Mix paints to match color specs or vehicles original colors.
Follow OEM standards for blending formulas, top coat applications and curing
Sand, mask, clean and prime vehicles as necessary
Maintain tools and equipment, keeping workspace clean and organized and perform routine maintenance on booth and filters
Maintain acceptable cost per paint labour hour
Attend daily production meeting
Other duties as assigned
