Bridgeview Manufacturing is a progressive farm machinery manufacturer located near Gerald Saskatchewan. Our lines include Pulldozer earthmoving products, Bale King ranch equipment, Grain Express storage and handling solutions, and Afterburner diesel exhaust fluid.

We are currently accepting applications for a Welding and Fabrication supervisor. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the position is responsible for:
- Organizing workflow for about 30 welders and metal fabricators to meet production schedule
- Ensuring components and picked and ready to fabricate
- Distribute work orders. Ensure staff is clocking time to correct work orders
- Assist shop staff with interpretation for blueprints
- Assist with workcell layout
- Assist with documentation of standard production times. Ensure times are met. Make corrections as necessary.
- Ensure parts and components are built to match blueprint tolerance and quality standards
- Ensure shop is kept neat and orderly
- Assist with attendance management

We are seeking an ambitious and organized individual, preferably with metalworking experience.

Compensation is dependent on experience. Bridgeview offers a 4 day work week, a comprehensive benefits plan, and a matching RRSP plan.
