Unique Weddings by Craft Haven is looking for a passionate, mature, and driven Full-Time Sales Consultant to join our team. If you love fashion, sparkle, and helping clients feel unforgettable on their biggest milestones, this is the perfect opportunity. You will be a key part of our daily operations, working closely with brides, graduates, and wedding parties to deliver an exceptional, premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
You will lead personalized styling appointments, guiding brides, grads, and wedding parties through selecting the perfect dresses, evening wear, and accessories. Taking ownership of the sales floor presentation is a major part of this role, which includes steaming, prepping, and organizing inventory to keep gowns absolutely showroom-ready. You will also manage day-to-day store upkeep, routine cleaning, inventory tracking, and visual merchandising while delivering consistent, warm, and professional sales support to elevate the boutique's reputation.

Store Hours and Schedule
Our store hours are Tuesday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The store is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Your full-time hours will be aligned with these store operating hours.

What We Are Looking For
Strong previous retail, bridal, or formal wear sales experience is highly preferred. We need someone confident, mature, and ready to step in and lead sales conversations. A keen eye for bridal fashion, evening wear, and current trends is important, along with a professional presentation and strict adherence to a business dress code. Because our boutique is located north of the bridge on Highway 2 North and public transit is not available, you must have reliable personal transportation.
