The Moose Jaw Housing Authority seeks a full-time Tenant Services Officer to join our team!  Are you a forward-thinking, outgoing individual who brings their best to work each day, is not afraid to work hard and have fun?  If so, please read on!

As a member of the MJHA Tenant Services team, the Tenant Services Officer (TSO) is responsible for providing services to all tenants of the MJHA, as well as administrative and program support.

The TSO works with all applicants for housing, provides information and placement support to the Tenant Services team on a daily basis.  Lease renewal assistance, unit inspections, support coordination are all part of this exciting position.

Our TSO also works with the tenant associations, senior and family, on a regular basis to provide programming and administration support.

The ideal Tenant Services Officer has a degree or diploma in a human services field or business administration, plus two (2) years' experience in a human service setting.  They are accustomed to working with clients from many different backgrounds and of every age.  Above-average interview skills, well-developed organization skills, and the strong desire to be part of a dynamic team are a must.

A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle for daily use, and clean criminal record are also a requirement for this position.
