Description

Working out of our SK Distribution Centre - The TDG Web Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web-based applications that support business operations, internal teams, and customer-facing experiences. This role focuses on building reliable, secure, and scalable web solutions while continuously improving performance, usability, and maintainability.

Core Duties

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web-based applications that support business operations, internal teams, and customer-facing experiences.
Write, modify, integrate, and test web-related code and application interfaces using modern web technologies to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.
Develop front-end and back-end components, integrate third-party APIs, services, and data sources, and support deployments in accordance with coding standards and version control practices.
Optimize websites and applications for performance, accessibility, scalability, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Work with internal teams, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, participate in architecture and design decisions, and implement enhancements based on feedback and evolving business needs.
Monitor and maintain existing websites and applications, troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and system errors, conduct testing and analyze results, maintain technical documentation, and research emerging web technologies to support continuous improvement.

Skills

Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, ASP.NET Core, MVC .NET, C#, RESTful Web APIs, Git, back-end development technologies, and SQL or NoSQL databases is required

Experience supporting digital, guest-facing, or contact centre platforms is an asset.
