Job Description: Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings.

Experience
- One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment (commercial or industrial)
Education
- Fireman Boiler Operator certificate
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
Other Education and Training
- Pool Operator certificate, where required
- Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required.
- Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job

Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge of tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently
Other Education & training:
- Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required.
- Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
- Pool Operator certificate, where required
- If there are no qualified applicants, you may be considered as a conditional hire if willing to complete the Firemans certificate within 6 months of commencement and your Boiler Operator License within one (1) year of commencement.
