Job Description: The Administrative Services Coordinator is accountable to the Manager, Addiction Services, for the provision of administrative services by effectively and efficiently managing administrative matters which support the day to day operation of Addictions Services (AS). These services include preparation and planning of the AS budget, preparing financial forecasts, managing the administrative support staff, managing personnel procedures and participating on AS Management Committee.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Commerce (BComm)
- Business Administration diploma (DBA)
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
- Three to Five years related experience including in a supervisory capacity
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of the operating and administrative procedures and policies governing a community-based mental health site.
- Demonstrated capacity to prepare budgets, including controlling, monitoring and forecasting.
- Knowledge of labour legislation, union agreements and grievance procedures.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage program staff including ability to clearly define roles and responsibilities and to evaluate performance and determine training requirements.
- Good interpersonal competence including sound judgement and the ability to respond effectively under pressure.
