Prairie Green Lawn Care is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and reliable Neighborhood Sales Representative to help grow our residential customer base across Regina and surrounding communities.

This position focuses on building relationships with homeowners, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and helping grow our routes throughout the season.

Work includes evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Following up on leads and quote requests
- Generating new residential lawn care clients
- Running flyer and neighbourhood campaigns
- Speaking with homeowners about Prairie Green services
- Booking estimates and helping close sales
- Entering customer details into sales apps/software
- Maintaining organized notes and follow-ups
- Door knocking in select neighbourhoods

- Lawn mowing
- Fertilizer & weed control
- Aeration
- Spring & fall cleanups
- Snow removal

Requirements
- Previous sales experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Valid Class 5 drivers license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners
- Able to use mobile sales applications
- Available evenings and weekends

Compensation
- Hourly pay
- Commission on closed sales
- Flexible scheduling
