Description

Rockwell Industries is looking to hire a team lead with operating experience.

Wage starting at $28 - $35, dependent on work experience.
Annual performance bonus.
Full time year-around position.

Company truck provided

- Must be able to manage crew and jobsite, this includes scheduling
- Must be able to run skid steer, excavator and other construction equipment
- 2 years minimum operating experience
- MUST be able to tow trailer
- MUST have Valid drivers license.
- Must be able to finish grade
- Must have a general understanding of base works and landscaping
- works well with others
- able to follow instructions and read grade stakes/drawings
- able to comply with OHS regulations
- have a professional and courteous attitude
- be able to pass criminal record check

Must be willing to travel if necessary.
