Do you enjoy working with customers, with a variety of tasks? We have an opportunity within our office team for a high energy goal-oriented member, with a positive customer-oriented attitude, to join us full time Monday to Friday.
Experience with customer service and computer knowledge is required, but attitude is everything and employer is willing to train the right candidate.
This position will provide the qualified candidate with permanent full-time hours, Monday to Friday. After 90 days probationary period, a health care spending account and company-matching RRSP plan will be offered.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with computers
- Positive attitude, with a focus on integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven success with following directions and procedures, as well as time management with multi-tasking
Job Description:
- Process credit card payments
- Process invoices and shipping documents for customers
- Contact customers for follow up information
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the telephone
- Process cores and returns
- Support remote Sales staff administratively
