Youngs Equipment is looking for a motivated and skilled individual to lead the Service Department at our Assiniboia location. We deliver exceptional customer service to a thriving agricultural community across our nine locations. The Role You Will Play:

- Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Service Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and success of the Service Department.
- Leading and managing all Service Department operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating technician schedules, training, and staffing requirements.
- Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment in compliance with Saskatchewan health and safety legislation.
- Work with other departments to ensure the overall success, customer satisfaction, and profitability from a high-profile dealership.

Background Profile:

- Previous Service Department management experience, preferably in the agriculture or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer systems.
- Experience with agricultural equipment is considered a strong asset.
